All of our items will be delivered to you through the Royal Mail 2nd Class tracked delivery service.  Items will be individually wrapped in tissue paper, where appropriate, and placed within a small cotton gift bag. 

 

If you are not satisfied with your order, we would ask first that you contact us to discuss any problems.  If your item has to be returned, we request that this must be received within fourteen days of the order being placed.  It must also be unused and in the original packaging.  Earrings are excluded for hygiene reasons unless they have not been worn and are within the original packaging. 

 

It is essential that proof of posting and signed for delivery is used to ensure a safe return of your item, as any return that is lost or received damaged, will not be refunded. 

 

A refund, less postage, will be made once the item is received by us to the method of payment that you originally used to make your purchase.
